Health Awareness; Healthy Living, A Healthier Life, Checking In With Yourself

I don’t an won’t claim to be a health nut,guru or whatever people call themselves,but checking in with yourself periodically can never be a bad thing. By simply implementing some simple adds,techniques,routines into your life they can have significant impact on your overall health,like I said before this is no blueprint to becoming a super model,but is effective.Always remember that a breather is always good;take a minute to just stop,breath in,breathe out,a 10 minute stretch can go a long way..detoxification of the body as well as mind,l love to pop in the headphones ๐ŸŽง and listen to some classical music once in a while,also I do pineal gland sounds which is awesome as a reset๐Ÿง ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿพ‍♂️,warm tea๐Ÿต,lemon water, some healthy food here and there ๐Ÿฅ˜,a bowl of homemade soup ๐Ÿฒ,a protein shake from time to time,and a little exercise ๐Ÿ‹️‍♀️ to get the heart pumping๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿพ ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿพ
